Use of Services

AxisY services are provided "as is". We strive for accuracy in our scientific models, but we do not guarantee that simulations or math solutions are error-free. Users are encouraged to verify AI-generated content for critical academic or professional use.

User Accounts & Credits

• Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Credits: AxisY uses a credit system for generating content. Credits are consumed per successful tool usage.
• Subscriptions: Pro plan members receive a monthly allocation of credits. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Unused credits may expire according to your plan's terms.

Public Library & Submissions

By submitting a visualization to the "Library", you grant AxisY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and share that content with other users. Submissions are subject to administrative review and may be rejected if they violate our safety or quality guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The AxisY platform, including its unique simulation engines and UI components, is owned by AxisY. Content generated by the AI based on user prompts may be subject to varying ownership terms depending on the underlying AI provider (e.g., Google Gemini), but users generally retain the right to use their generated visuals for personal and educational purposes.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use AxisY for academic dishonesty or cheating.
• Attempt to "jailbreak" or bypass AI safety filters.
• Reverse-engineer AxisY's simulation code.
• Disrupt the service for other users.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior towards our platform or AI models.

Limitation of Liability

AxisY shall not be liable for any educational or professional outcomes resulting from the use of our AI tools. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for current services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of AxisY after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
